SweepstakesCasinos runs on affiliate commissions, like most independent review sites. This page explains exactly how that works, and — more importantly — what it does and doesn't affect. Short version: it pays our bills, not our opinions.

How we make money

Some of the "Play Now" links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up with an operator, we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you, and without changing anything about your experience on their site. That revenue is what keeps SweepstakesCasinos free to read and lets us keep testing new casinos as they launch.

We are not a casino operator, we don't process payments, and we don't take a cut of anyone's play. Our only business relationship with any operator is the standard affiliate arrangement described above — nothing deeper, and nothing that comes with editorial strings attached.

What never influences a review

• Commission size. Some operators pay more per signup than others. That number is never part of our scoring model and never decides ranking order.
• Whether a partnership exists at all. We write about, compare, and score casinos we have no commercial relationship with the same way we cover ones we do.
• Placement or exclusivity deals.We don't sell "#1 spot" placements, sponsored rankings, or pay-to-play reviews of any kind.
• Gifts, comps, or ad spend. Nothing an operator sends us or spends with us changes a score, a pro, or a con.

What actually determines a score

Every score on this site is a blend of two things, and only two things: 70% our own hands-on editorial testing across 10 weighted criteria, and 30% real ratings submitted by visitors who've actually played. Our review process

Reviews start with an actual account on the operator's site — sign-up, the free Sweeps Coins path, the game library, and where possible a real redemption — not a rewrite of the operator's own marketing copy. Reviews are re-checked periodically as bonuses, game libraries, and terms change; the "Updated" date on every review reflects the last time we verified it.

Corrections

If something on this site is inaccurate or out of date — a changed bonus, a state whose law has moved, a broken link — we'd rather hear about it and fix it than leave it wrong. Reach out via the contact details on our Aboutpage and we'll look into it.
